Brian is my best friend and a great musician. My favourite track off of this EP has to be Mt. Vesuvius. The lyrics and atmosphere really make you feel like your surrounded by the charred, hollow, shells of the lost souls that used to consist of flesh and bone, long seared and incinerated to meaningless blackened humanoid shades and silhouettes of smoke, ash and nothingness on Mt. Vesuvius...

I saw this guy live at PG in Evansville. He was my favourite act that night and I got the chance to have a short conversation with him.

His vocals were reminiscent of Built To Spill and the instrumentals were very unique and bizarre. I am always attracted to musicians that use anything other than a guitar and not only did he do that, but he had pedals for his Mandolin that made it sound insane. Definitely catch him live if you can and download his album. Great guy. :D

The lyrics on "Cement" hit me hard. Really enjoy all the songs on here as well as your other albums as well. Your sound is very haunting and I like that a lot. I hope to hear a lot more from you in the future. :'o
