  1. Dave Graney 'n' the Coral Snakes Night Of The Wolverine
by Dave Graney 'n' the Coral Snakes
I first heard Dave Graney and band playing the title track of this album at the Punters Club one hot Saturday night, must have been February 1994. I'd walked in just on a whim at the end of the night. Ordering at the bar, I heard those unmistakable chords, hauntingly beautiful, delicate, sad, and lyrics that enchanted me. That week I bought the CD, enthralled by the music and lyrics that I still read something new into over 30 years later. Don't hesitate to buy it for yourself. Thank you, Dave.
  2. City's Calling Me
    by Mick Thomas' Roving Commission
Hey Mick and band. Just got the album City's Calling Me in the mail this evening. It's such a wonderful celebration of living in Melbourne. Great sense of place comes through. The accordion and vocals on Forever Now are divine! The whole album is a great celebration of what I think many of us discovered during COVID lockdown, our own suburb and every other thing we took for granted about living here in Melbourne. Thanks so much. Take care.
