  7. Broken Rhythm
    by Code64
Code 64 haven't missed a beat since their last release back in 2013, though this is largely a more chill album, less dancefloor pounders, and a subtle twinge of synthwave for good measure!
  8. Whispers from the room EP
by Heartbreak Noir (The Faces of Sarah)
What about us? What about us?
Almost effortlessly, Faces Of Sarah continue putting out top quality goth/dark rock Glad to get the physical version of this EP too!
  9. Plight of the Heretic
    by Elegeion
Plight of the Heretic Plight of the Heretic
Been a fan of Elegeion since I first found their EP 'Odyssey into Darkness' back in 1997!
A great slice of doom and gothic metal, the perfect soundtrack to the pandemic, right here - and the best album Elegeion have put out to date! 17 years (since 'The Last Moment' cd) was a long wait, but worth it.

  11. New World Misanthropia

Deceiving The Children Of Men Deceiving The Children Of Men
First heard The Elysian Fields back with their 'We.. The Enlightened' cd, then bought subsequent '12 Ablaze' and 'Suffering GOD Almighty', never expected a new release after all this time! A little more hard hitting, slightly less orchestration this time around, but a welcome return and a great slice of black metal!

    Half-Life Half-Life
Discovered on Pretzel purely by chance while streaming. Amazingly emotive and haunting synthwave!

So good to hear a new Manuskript track!!

    by Manuskript
    No Reprise No Reprise
I first heard Manuskript purely by chance in Resurrection Records, Camden, London, when I lived in the UK, and was hooked from that moment. This is a great compilation of the history of their style and sound!
  16. Positive Revenge (e.p)
by Heartbreak Noir (The Faces of Sarah)
    Positive Revenge Positive Revenge
I saw Faces Of Sarah as a support band for Inkubus Sukkubus years ago in Birmingham, and have supported them ever since! The track 'Positive Revenge' is now one of my favorites of theirs.
