Aesop Rock is possibly the only hip hop artist who could write a song about his kitten and have it be not only consistent with his entire body of work, but relate to EVERY single feeling a cat person would have no matter how squishy. A feline favourite for fans, fantastic album, but can't get past Kirby, this man continues to amaze me with his concept choices, unique delivery, relatable metaphors and fantastical imagery. Has great taste in cover art, too. To me, Aesop is King.
