My first colony was doing quite alright until the river thawed in the summer and promptly all my dwarves and pets died, except for one cat. FUN!
The OST is amazingly good and easily game soundtrack of the year. If I had to describe it in terms of other artists, the DF OST combines the best of Matt Uelmen with Darren Korb's masterpieces. Amazingly talented artist!
