WOW, thanks for the memories. The March played in Providence, RI and Boston, MA between about 1987 and 1990. Their music and performances were striking and moody.
This was their second cassette release (the first was called 'Otherself'). The release date is not quite accurate. I want to say this came out in late Winter/early Spring of '89.
