Post-rock/hardcore of a variety I haven’t heard perfected this well since Aussitot Mort (MORT! MORT! MORT!). Beautifully done. And fuck the fascists and the liberals that enable them.
This album showcases both groups at their best. It was my introduction to Habak and my reintroduction to Lágrimas. The latter has improved leaps-and-bounds sonically since the Kropotkin album.
Zarah is such a gem of a person! Loved hearing her voice on the track. Album makes me feel like a better future is indeed possible. Toss aside the doom thrust upon us by so-called capitalist realism!
