ive been a fan since whachamacallits. shyga! was a nice continuation. but i felt that night gnomes didnt reach those heights(even though lava lamp pisco is my favorite ppc song) all that to say fronzoli has skyrocketed above any of those heights. this is the first ppc album that I can listen to without any skips. my favorite song seems to switch week to week. all that and im going to see them live in a few months. i love this band

give me more amby raps, a whole album of amby raps would be okay with me. please PLEASE

after how much I enjoyed ultrapop and from how good the singles are this was an easy pre order. sport of form almost feels like an opus for the armed, and everythings glitter is a fucking slap to the face. super excited for this album, oh and also R E F R A C T

so the album dropped... and became my album of the year 2023. this is a rare no skip album for me, I also saw them open for QOTSA in toronto and in 5 songs gave me more energy than the entire QOTSA set, withal they also rocked.

brandon being listed as "tantrum" instead of vocals is a perfect description of what this album feels like

before this album was released I couldnt decide if polygondwanaland was my favorite gizz album, or if Infest The Rats Nest was. well this album just does what both do for me while having a concept just as good as infest the rats nest. stil wish we got the bonus track on bandcamp though, the album doesent feel. complete without it, therefore i gave this an 8 for non physical but with a physical copy this album is a solid 9.

ever since hiding places I wanted to hear more Kenny Segal and Billy woods. I never though it would happen and yet... here we are, now do I think this tops hiding places? no I do not but do I think this is a fantastic album with some really great moments? absolutely, having Billy on the same song as Aesop Rock + another on with Danny Brown, its something I did not expect but man am I happy it happened. overall this project is pretty good just not as good as the last.

was not expecting this album to be as good as it is. does almost everything the debut did while having some more interesting experimentation. gotta say i do miss the extended jams like pamphlets and narrator though.

i cant really say anything impactful for this album that hasnt already been stated. but i just have to say this album is burfict!
