Really diggin’ this new creative output from PJ O’C. Vocals and lyrics are so stellar, strong and clear and the tracks are so richly produced. Something wistfully nostalgic and uplifting, yet oh-so-contemporary about them, which i find really appealing.

I LOVE the NY story behind prescient new tune “Foxhole Prayers.” The drummer devised a clever way to lay down his loud tracks from his Greenwich Village apt during the Covid-19 quarantine lockdown by recording for 5 minutes each evening at 7pm — as New Yorkers cheered loudly and banged on pots and pans to show support for the heroic efforts of medical workers, first responders and essential workers during The Outbreak. Then they mixed the ambient clanging cookware into the end of the song!

Really dig the new record and LOVING "You Only" with the collaboration of Bogmen brother Billy Campion on banjo and backup vocals. Sounds KILLER!
