What a gem, and one of the best indiepop albums from the early 2000s. I own the CD. Kisswhistle's "Steady As She Goes" has it all: engaging, intelligent storytelling with a range of emotions, poetic yet relatable lyrics, catchy tunes, and tight musicianship – a joy from beginning to end. Thankfully, Marc Pattini has offered up a collection of other recordings. The beautiful "Reading Your Face Like Braille" from a compilation CD hooked me, and is now available on "Ginger Pale Ale".
