After a series of unfortunate events and panic attack this week, I discovered this album and band. Their music is serving as a comfort to me at this time, because it mixes some elements from my favorite styles of music; shoegaze/dream pop/baroque pop/dark wave and, mainly, just because their music makes me feel like I can relax in the intensity of my emotions without invalidating my experiences.

And I plan to listen to the lyrics more closely later when I can focus better.
