One of their most cohesive, continuous, and cathartic releases. Truly mature, bleak, abstract, yet exudes sheer sophistication. Dead oceans has one of their best grooves to date.
This is their most guttural and brutal of all releases. Definitely a lot of low vocals in this release. It seems to be more of a cathartic release this ep as opposed to previous work. They have energy and emotion behind every release. However this EP feels fully fleshed out yet raw and emotive. I’ve loved these guys since humanity is frail.
This album is the pinnacle of perfection from Conjurer. Truly, don’t bother listeners to any of their work past this. Only I and Mire. You will thank me because they absolutely hit their peak with this release. Nothing created after this will topple it and it’s proven by really lack luster collaborative releases.
I wrote this before desert trash her full length album recently released. This EP absolutely decimated her full length release, Desert Trash. Which is just that, trash.
