    2 + 30 2 + 30
A while ago BBC Introducing said of George Boomsma - ‘If it were possible for Nick Drake and Thom Yorke to collaborate, it might sound something like this’. There are moments on this album when it is just that, 2+30 is an amazing experimental tune that has elements of Radiohead/The Smile instrumentation combined with Drake like lyrical content.

    by Deep Six Blues

I saw Oisin live at The Fire Station in Sunderland where he opened for Lisa O'Neill. He was excellent live and I just love this single which has input from the wonderful Steve Gunn who worked with another favourite of mine - Michael Chapman.

Great to hear something genuinely interesting coming out of Durham. Thanks to NARC Magazine for the introduction. There’s so much going on here, deserves repeated listens.
