Great reworking of my favorite album of 2011. The expanded arrangements on Deserter's Song and Sending Postcards to a Ghost make the album REAL special. The only thing missing is a version of Drowning Pigs - one of my favorite songs Mercer has ever done. It's an epic masterpiece that I suppose doesn't really lend itself to a rock n roll makeover BUT STILL any reworking of that song would have been worth listening to. This a great evocative record.
