This is a grand followup to Exo. The core sound of big dramatic chords and spacey arpeggios from Tineidae’s previous album continues with an extra shot of the grandiose and more industrial influence.
Pure sonic insanity and aggression. The increase in electronic elements and breakcore works well with Frontierer’s sound. If you liked Orange Mathematics and Unloved, here is plenty more.
Rivers of Nihil have gone out further on their evolution that has been a constant in their career. This their most varied and expansive work to date, but it still holds true to their core sound.
The lyrics don’t take themselves too seriously but this album is no joke. Intricate and expansive death metal with a fantastical and outlandish concept.
