The ability of this alias to take two wholly incompatible tones/samples and marry them in perfect harmony is nothing short of astonishing. This album is a testament to that ability, with unique fusions of tones, instruments, and samples resulting in a core collection of tracks.
Synesthesia is a true accomplishment and hallmark for Mumble and, in my opinion, for anyone who listens to it. I pick a favorite because Bandcamp asks me to, but every track on here is worth your weight in gold.
To this day this album is an exceptional and unique experience that I have never seen replicated or even imitated in any other music. This alias' music in general is wholly unique, but this album especially is a kind of journey you can't have anywhere else.
