This music holds multitudes. It absorbs you utterly and takes you into the universe and back. Sublime and beautiful, intoxicating like Lou Reed’s Metal Machine Music or Reich’s Music for 18 but with a vocabulary totally it’s own. Structured, intuitive, playful, frightening, sexy. Should be listened to in one full sitting (or standing and dancing). The first time I heard it I was actually driving from New York to Boston and that was a great way to listen too.
