You know it’s a good album when you're having a hard time picking a favorite. you know it’s an important album when it finds its own sound while bridging and paying homage to different influences. it's a love/hate situation for me here, because I see 1 off-topic track and 2 "fautes de goût". Cookies&fish is much too hard and loud, almost chav music for 'skrillexed' kids. I also feel Selah Sue's voice is a bit wasted in the big boomy sounds. And finally why the instrumental of Dans and not the very nice vocoded voice version ? Could have been 5 stars, it's only ... 4 and a half :-)
