Planet Flippo originally started way back in 1993. I formed the band to perform my original compositions and arrangements and we're still going, now on our sixth CD. We've touched on ethnic jazz-fusion, vocal jazz, jazz arrangement of rock/popular tunes and new jazz pieces that explore meter, harmony, rhythm and form.
