    ¡Mambo Mambo! (¿Binko Banko?) ¡Mambo Mambo! (¿Binko Banko?)
If you are looking for a refreshing, interesting take of what modern metal that doesn't take itself too serious can sound like, look no further. It's brilliant, it's funny, it's entertaining, and completely unlike most of the other things you will have heard before, even if you are into the more 'avantgarde' genres.
Their live performances add so much to the music, so go take a look when you can -- it makes this album even more enjoyable and will make you burst out laughing spontaneously.

Nothing Else Matters Nothing Else Matters
Mandowar manage to put new life into songs that I thought I would be sick of ever hearing again. Their music is as original as it gets (and this is a bold thing to say about a band that mainly plays covers of other bands' songs!); try their version of Nothing Else Matters for a taste of that. If you ever get the chance to see them live, take it - nobody else packs so much energy in their performances with just a guitar, bass, and mandolin. See you again in Rottenburg next year!

    The Core The Core
This is a remarkable album. It doesn't happen too often that I stumble over a game on Steam, download the demo, and just keep playing to hear more music. I don't have to tell you what this album sounds like; just listen to it yourself, it is time well spent. If you are hunting for the album's highlights, try The Core and fastForward. Not that the rest isn't just as awesome. Louis Godart definitely has a talent for making very varied soundtracks that you can revisit over and over again.
