The most emotive black metal album of all time. One of my go to albums to herald the coming of autumn, along with Agalloch's The Mantle.
The clean guitar, the light IDM/electronic elements, the ambiance, all enhance rather than reduce to gimmickry.
Damn near close to perfect.
