QJA has a vintage rock single quality. ICM is an overwhelming emotional investment that is tangibly felt. The album goes on to feel like a perfectly pulled off Dylan jam with the Nashville guys and gals, complete with background pedal steel crescendos and every other artist-oriented vibe you'd expect.
And if that wasn't enough, Emma sings every song like you've never heard Dylan before and it's her mission to initiate you into the family.
A+ for "Art with a capital A"
