This is an absolute BANGER of a traditional heavy metal album! It wears its Mercyful Fate influence on its sleeve but that is by no means a bad thing and Out for Blood stands on its own merrits as an exceptional heavy metal album. This is doubly impressive as the debut album of the band. I'm very much looking forwards to future albums from Shadows. If you're a fan of Mercyful Fate, NWOBHM or really any early metal bands then do yourself a favour and get this album. 10/10!

Brilliant black metal album by the UK's most underrated black metal band! Simultaneously brutally heavy but also melodic and symphonic in places, this is an album that black metal fans absolutely owe it to themselves to own. Unhesitatingly recommended. Finally, if you enjoy this then check out their latest album "Embrace of the Godless Aeon" - it's the best symphonic black metal album that's ever been created. Seriously.

Imagine oppressively heavy and brutal mid-tempo black metal infused with concepts of elder gods, evil inter-stellar intelligences and a severely misanthropic dystopian far-future and you'll have some idea of what Hologram Temple has in store for you. Fans of DarkSpace might well enjoy this awesome slab of terrifying, cold, interstellar black metal. Favourite track: Freewill Decrypted.

Hecate Enthroned deserve to be 10x bigger than they are. They're an incredibly talented band who very obviously put their heart & soul in to their music. The emotion & belief inherent in the tracks comes across as being totally genuine.

Embrace of the Godless Aeon is to my mind the best symphonic black metal album that's ever been made. Brutally heavy yet soulful, atmospheric and feels 'genuine'. Superb effort. Total support for Hecate Enthroned.

Perhaps more accessible than their magnum opus "Triangle", Schammasch have nevertheless released another masterpiece of intelligent, atmospheric extreme metal that speaks to the listener on a very deep level. My favourite album of 2019.

If you're a fan of Schammasch you must own this album. If you're new to the band this is an excellent place to start. The band are amazingly talented and this is an exceptional extreme metal album by any standards.
