I don't think I quite realized how powerful of a story electronic music can evoke. After settling into this album, I began to feel the "journey". Elements of fear, travel, desolation, and grit all manifested beautifully as I experienced the ride. Techno-horror and formidable odds - but the soul of humanity sees the day through.
Introspective, fresh, genuine. It's clear Steele puts his mind, body, and soul into his music. Actually, I'm not sure he has a choice in the matter. Rich in meaning and references; excellent verbal ability; dope beats: this album is a true pleasure.
