Angry and pissed of synths with angry and pissed of vocals calling for the destruction of an imperialist, capitalist empire. What could you want more of?
This is *the* death metal album of the year for me, right now. It's got a clear love for the 90s OSDM sound without just reprinting it. Stellar production and performances capped with one of the most intense vocal performances you'll hear all year.
The highest class of progressive death metal, with impeccable musicianship and songwriting, all fronted by one of the best voices in the genre today. An incredible follow-up to an incredible album.
Jubilant, joyous tech-death with the highest standard of musicianship you'll ever find. Winding songs, racing harmonies, cannon-like vocals, an absolutely stellar record.
Another incredible album that somehow measures up to Death Atlas and, depending on who you are, may even be better. A stellar release of incredible songs.
A masterclass in how to write music in this genre. There is not a second of this album that could be removed without lessening its whole. Everything works perfectly together.
Phenomenal follow-up, and its hard to chose a favorite, but everything this band is doing is just full of menacing, evil doom. Start to finish, love it.
