    The Shore The Shore
Going through the many unknown (to me) bands on the 2017 HellFest bill, I found Bright Curse. Absolutely brillant. Really looking forward to see you guys next June.

If the vocals aren't something special, even if the music is good, there will be something critical missing to my ears.
Triptonus are my one and only exception. This is the only instrumental album I own...This is good on so many levels, with so many paths explored musically that it fails to fall into any style but sort of creates its own..
And also, got a nice note from the bass player in the package when the viny l came through the mail.

End Of Sense End Of Sense
Found out about them because the guitarist commented on a facebook post from one of my favourite bands "The Ocean". Another great find.
Not easy to pull off such quality and tightness with a three guitar piece. Also like the shared vocal duties. Draws influence from many of my favourite bands (AIC, Tool, Cult of Luna) yet very much keeps their own unique sound and style. They should be waaaaay bigger. Hoping they'll cross the channel and play over here soon.
