An incredibly solid follow up that suggests this band has plenty more tricks left in the bag. I've never heard, nor experienced, anything remotely similar to the lead track anywhere else; congrats to Cusp for truly navigating new sonic territory (while remembering to pack their trademark tightness, lyrical wit and wistfully-melodic-yet-raw-and-unrelenting sound).

As the years pass, stuff gets complicated. Words fizzle, thoughts jumble. You press on anyway.

Then like a moth to a flame, you see a cool album cover from a band you've never heard of, and take a spin.

Suddenly, you hear it coming.
It DOES get louder.
And you believe it when they say.

I'd like to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to the band for putting forth this remarkable album and restoring joy in this jaded listener.

This entire album is an acoustic feat of triumph. I specifically wanted to call out Digital Bath because I didn't think it was possible to do it justice. Kudos to Ernesto for putting his unique handcrafted touch on a digital, metal classic.
