It’s lovely - a dark, deep, sweet melancholy, an emotion and sound I love, that pulls in varying directions without allowing the heart to be rent in two.

I wish I could understand the lyrics but my lack of understanding allows me to focus on the rhythmic cadence of the Greek vocals whilst enjoying the music independent of words. It’s the best of both vocals and music being heard both as instruments.
The bass line (‘m a bass player and always hear that first) is very nice, very upbeat and solid.

I love you, Sma! Your music and vocals in any language, as on ‘Uhu’ from Queen of the Surreal, are beautiful, a delightful experience.

With vocals I’d best describe as acrobatic & range that is... Brobdingnagian, Ms. Bell has gifted we listeners unique, piquant songs, mostly accompanied by piano, which heightens her voice with bewitching, atonal chords, progressions & modalities; thankfully none of common, modern music’s ilk. Her jazz pieces jaunty & blithe, her blues melodies poignantly somber, she packs emotion in lyric & melody, her ever experimental vocals the largest, most spectacular instrument on the album.
