The instrumentation and songwriting of this album moved me so deeply. “South Missouri” was so unflinchingly honest and tender and loving; it helped me process out some deep old grief with compassion. “Love Song” is a song I wish I could send to my younger self. And all the songs helped me feel the love I have for my Indiana hometown. Thank you for this record.
