Redefining music with vibes from the 80s, an awesome album by a full fledged artist already at his peak when he was collaborating as guitarist with Dijon (you HAVE to watch Absolutely - Dijon on youtube).
I'm listening this album for 30th time in a day and I'm obsessed with this artist and the songs of this album. Can't wait for a new batch of Vinyl records on his website !

While being different from the rest of their albums this first EP of Meltt contains two of my favorite songs from this band (honestly I love all of them but they're my favorite from this EP): Down Below and Mask which defined their future songs with soft guitare parts with ambiant effects, heavy and steady bass and a perfect drum with a soft singing and lyrics easy to remember and that combination just stay in your head for a long time and you surprise yourself to come back to this EP regularly

Second EP of the band but the first that will really set the "Meltt sound" from now on, catchy ambiant sounds with great guitare parts and a well crafted tone. Everything is just *chef kiss*, from the ethereal voices and lyrics that makes you transcend the sound and makes you think about the meaning of what you're hearing, the bass and drums are the cherry on top. There is only 4 tracks but each ot them is different and yet you can still tell "yeah that's a Meltt track !", I just love this band

Serendipity is the act of finding out great discovery by pure luck, I had such luck by discovering this band on my YouTube recommendation. I first discovered the band with Deeper Water and it has since been one of my favorite band of all times. Every song is so well crafted and thought, also I'm a sucker for ambiant sounds with heavy delay/reverb effects so I was deemed to love the band. Lyrics, singer's voice, guitar parts, synth, bass, drums, album artwork, everything is perfect in my opinion

I discovered this band thanks to the amazing performance of Joey Batey as Jaskier in The Witcher netflix series, and since I'm in love with both Joey and Madeleine voices.
I can't wait for the next album to come in february ! Love from France !
