This album gives me a weird and sometimes uncomfortable nostalgic vibe. Very few albums out there that have such an organic and moving atmosphere to them. And I usually HATE keyboards, let alone instrumentals based around them. But Pornodelic Opium Dreams is amazing!
One of the top new bands I've come across in a few years.
Waiting for this album since I first heard Like A Virgin. That album was a huge influence on my playing style. But I digress, I was skeptical at first (like I'm sure many were) but can gladly say this album is exactly what I hoped for. Slamming riffs and one of the best vocal performances I've heard in a long time (all his past vocal work is crazy good). Now let's not take 16 years for the next one.
In the land of over saturated black metal bands you can look over the fence and see Doctor Livingstone pointing back and laughing.
This band and album make other black metal bands look like one dimensional pussies. This album has it all! Anger, hate, otherworldly tones. Drums that suffocate you and riffs that sometimes let you breath, only before your pushed to your limit.
This breach of peace called Crease bring a mouthpiece to the pipe of peace that's a centerpiece to the secret police and greenpeace. So up the grease, remove the eyepiece and sublease this fleece masterpiece.
