Dying Fetus is in their prime. Lyrics, riffs, production, and those unmistakable vocals - they're all here, and damn are they good. This is their best album so far, and this year's best metal album.
The riff at the end of vanquish is dope. lovespell is damned fantastic. smolder is beautiful. The interlude was a welcome change and really makes me hope we get another Yvette piano EP (no pressure, but for real tho where it at).
Saw Hikes open for covet, and it was it was an awesome pairing. Hikes had the songwriting, vocals, the energy, and some TASTY riffs. Don't miss out on seeing them live, they do not disappoint. This is a great play-the-whole-thing-each-time album.
I randomly heard about these guys in a coffee shop, so I decided to check them out. I've never heard an album hit this vibe so well - we need more like this!! Super talented musicians, great production, and awesome vocals. Instant favorite of mine.
