Just as brilliant as The Woodlands, the lyrics, symbolism and piercing gentleness of this music is highly resonating. The name Quiet Arrows is extremely apt because the impression it makes is swift and penetrating.
I stared at the track list for 10 minutes trying to pick just one to list as my favorite, I hope that gives an inkling as to how much I love this album. The Woodlands is hauntingly light and beautiful. The lyrics and sweet music blend wonderfully to paint pictures in your imagination and sooth your emotions. Incredibly moving music to wrap you in serenity.
I swear if you listen to this album long enough you can feel your heart synchronize its beat to the amazing work of Ta-ku. His music has a purpose, a message to convey, an emotion to emote and you know it, you feel it.
