I think this album is dope because it is real, authentic, humble, yet confidant. A perfect fit in this city where many just want to stay 100. Lex is a polished MC with skills and obvious knowledge of what it takes to embody hip hop. Unity and love is expressed as well as a grittiness Queens cats have been famous for since LL broke into the studio. The drums are hard, the kicks are clean, Hip hop is not dead, it's alive in NYC, it's just underground like the train, the veins of the city.
