    Being Me Being Me
This song and its accompanying video pushed me to pick up a skateboard again after two decades. I didn’t know I missed this, thank you so much.

On another note, I hadn’t followed Wu-Lu since his contribution to the »Afro Chronicles« compilation on the Touching Bass imprint – an early taste of a scene bubbling with talent – and was speechless when I heard what his music sounded like in 2021. Genre is over but more importantly, this is the musical progression of a talent to keep a close eye on.

Proceeds from this taste of the forthcoming LP »What's Going On« – much anticipated! – go to Medical Aid for Palestinians. Drop a donation if you can, speak up for those on the receiving end of settler-colonial violence at the very least.

I was intrigued by their nods to DJ Premier and the late J Dilla, dove into Jaubi’s body of work and was mesmerized by their original compositions. »Raga Gurji Todi« stole the show on the Bandcamp Weekly the other day!
