  1. Zorya
    by Floex
    Forget-me-not Forget-me-not
Perhaps the best album available through Bandcamp. This album will fundamentally change how you view modern music.
  2. Love As A Dark Hallway
    by The Flashbulb
The Basement Guitarist The Basement Guitarist
Serene yet frenetic. One of Benn's best albums.
  3. The Aviatrix
    by datassette
    The Aviatrix The Aviatrix
From the opening swell onwards, this short album fills me with joy. Not to say each song is altogether upbeat, but datasette composed each track so deliberately and with such attention to detail that it tickles your ears. The title track is my favorite.
  4. Sea Monsters
    by Cornelius Jones
    Cider Cider
A very calm, listenable album. Love the artwork by voln!
  5. UNDERTALE Soundtrack
    by toby fox
    Spider Dance Spider Dance
Quickly becoming a cult classic, Undertale's soundtrack is just as perfect as the game itself. The music nicely matches the many emotions evoked in regular gameplay. Do yourself a favor and play the game before listening to the soundtrack.

  7. Hexes
    by Dirty Art Club
    Rosslyn's Crypt Rosslyn's Crypt
A truly dark atmospheric album. "Dark" is certainly overused to describe music, but I think you'll agree on first and subsequent listens. Found through "Bandcamp's Best." Very well put together album with high production value.
  8. Holding On / Keep Holding On (Peaking Lights Dub)
    by House of Spirits
    Holding On Holding On
Heard this on Beats In Space and it's been stuck in my head like crazy. This kind of music opens my ears to new disco. Love it!
  9. Cross Section Part II
    by Petriform
...Away From Home ...Away From Home
"Sudden intensity" bests describes this album. I revisit it periodically when I'm looking for something wildly upbeat. Fans of chiptune should be impressed.
  10. I Miss You - EarthBound 2012
    by Various Artists
    Goodbye Goodbye
I have not (yet) played any of the Mother series games, but I understand the appeal. Without comparing to the original material, this album holds up as interesting and attempts to transport you to another place.
  11. Hémisphère b/w Je m'ennuie
    by Paradis
    Hémisphère Hémisphère
Hémisphère puts me in a trance. I'm glad there are so many talented musicians willing to carry and pass the EDM baton. Best to listen with great speakers or headphones.

    Lemons Lemons
A hidden gem. Rchetype's discog is impressive in my eyes, and I consider this album his best and most cohesive. If you just can't handle the whole album, definitely listen to "Lemons" and it's Parameter remix.
  15. Physics
    by Wolfgun
    Burn Burn
This album starts off with a bang and loses steam from there. Nevertheless, the first few songs are quite memorable.
    by Wolfgun
Where the Stars Belong Where the Stars Belong
Something of a double album along with Wolfgun's album "Physics." If you like one, check out the other.

Volans Part I - Through the Clouds Volans Part I - Through the Clouds
Not sure how I found this album, but glad I did. Spacey feel-good electronic. Each song is of exceptional quality and the first half of the album flows really well. Doesn't quite stick the landing in the last two or three tracks, but that's okay considering the amazing dreamy nature of the first 2/3 of the album.

    by Jake Kaufman
BGM - Whoa I'm In Space Cuba BGM - Whoa I'm In Space Cuba
Whoa! I'm in Space Cuba!!! I've never played this game, but this OST from virt is Class A. Do yourself a favor and buy this catchy album.
  20. Double Dragon Neon
    by Jake Kaufman
    Space Dojo 1 (Double Dragon 1 - Mission 2) Space Dojo 1 (Double Dragon 1 - Mission 2)
Another virt OST which totally blows me away. I haven't played this remade/re-imagined game (yet!), but this OST is worth it regardless.

  21. O.S.T: Original Soundtrack
    by Daniel Capo
Level 3 - Undersea Lab Level 3 - Undersea Lab
This is a sort of meta-album and nice comment on video game chiptune albums. It features themes and sounds common to so many of these albums and will feel familiar to chiptune fans of the 8-bit and 16-bit eras.
  22. RETAIL
    by CHICAGO¤lollie
    Business Hours Business Hours
Matt's been putting the finishing touches on this album for six years, and the wait was well worth it. Although I preferred the old "Is This The Beginning // Business Hours" combined tracks from the previous release, "2006," this remastered version surpasses its predecessor in most ways. Hear the difference!
  23. Tower of Heaven (Original Soundtrack)
    by flashygoodness
    Indignant Divinity Indignant Divinity
Short and sweet album to complement the short and sweet game. Similar to Super Mario World, each song is a variation on theme, yet the album holds together as quite listenable.
  24. Villager
    by THE HORN
Haunting, ethereal track by The Horn. Deceptively simple, but such highly layered tones will have you mashing the replay button. Similar sound to Oneohtrix Point Never, which is a great thing to me.
  25. Winter Sessions EP
    by Février
    Slight Mint Slight Mint
Casey Lalonde sent me here. This album is pretty chill and represents the kind of music I listen to in December and January. The Earth seems to stop moving and a hard freeze slowly seeps in. Great accompaniment.
