Four on Six Four on Six
The guitar trio is perhaps my favourite ensemble due to its extreme range from simplicity to complexity. This album certainly shows both, with a diverse range of styles, funk, blues and rock influences. Great for intent listening or putting on in the background, to suit many occasions or moods.
  16. Focus Pocus
    by Glenn Crytzer's Savoy Seven
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
My Blue Apples My Blue Apples
Glenn Crytzer has been my favourite bandleader and inspiration since my relatively recent beginnings in listening to and playing jazz. He follows traditional values in his music, and the band are impeccable, with beautiful and riveting solos throughout. This is simply the best dance music you will come across, and for me, the best sounding music in general. Glenn, thanks for everything!
  17. LE GRAND MIERCOLES "Ghost Cowboys"
    by LE GRAND MIERCOLES
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    WICKED DUB WICKED DUB
Who'd have thought, Western, Dub, and Surf styles would come together to form such a dynamic album. I was absolutely blown away by every aspect of this album, the arrangement, instrumentation and overall style is so enjoyable. Well worth a listen and a download!
  18. Once Over Lightly
    by Patty and The Buttons
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    Rose Room Rose Room
Patty and the Buttons play, hot, cool and exotic jazz styles, the whole album is extremely easy to listen to, being such a unique instrumentation they create catchy and memorable arrangements of trad tunes, such as "Rose Room" and "Do You Know What It Means". Well worth every penny.
