This is, without hyperbole, my favorite song. Full stop. It singlehandedly altered my course as a creative forever. It just sounds so unreal, its so vastly emotive and beautiful and yet so furious and chaotic. It is a fury to live and know when to retreat and make the moments count. It is my favorite sound of all time and my favorite song for the rest of my days.

FreQuency's eclectic blending of rock and electric tones with impassioned vocals and a soulful lone viola have quickly cemented themselves in my head as an inescapably effective mix. It's impossible to listen to this and not be immediately fired up, the fire in your heart reignited to push ahead. Even though Day After Day may be constructed for the kind of excitement that Armored Core gameplay delivers in spades, on its own it remains as powerful and addictive. Hoshino and co. are wizards.
