From the very beginning until the very end the record captivates and doesn’t let go. An excellent example of melodic death metal. Sounds like a tribute to the Swedish 90’s scene without being a copycat. It retains a lot of individuality. It sounds like early Night In Gales, and even builds up upon it. The melodies in minor keys and dual guitar harmonies are simply fantastic. Such a play of light and darkness, hope and despair, but also strength, and wisdom.

I remember when this song was first released, and it blew my mind back then, and it still does it today. Music-wise and lyrics-wise -- this is a timeless masterpiece.

First time I came across Nyktophobia and got pleasantly surprised. Flight of The Phoenix is very inspiring and mood-lifting. Night In Gales' songs here are also very-very good as well. I am glad the band experiments with its sound the way they do. Great match!

One of the best riffs of all times. Perfect combination of beauty, sadness and growing shadows.
