Amazing album. Bluesy riffs and solos from the guitar. Chill, soothing vocals, often with excellently executed harmonies. Loving the synth textures on tracks like Supersonic. The bass grooves never miss on any of the tracks, and the drums are tight. And hot dang, there's saxophone on "Purple Energy". This album sounds as if it belongs right up there with the 1970s classics, but with modern sensibilities.
