Marvelously crafted American black folk metal (?). Every song tells it's own story that weaves together into one beautiful and thought provoking piece. The musicianship is as emotive as ever and Lunn's songwriting continues to diversify and evolve the black metal genre.
Really good dirty, sludgy doom here. You can really hear Jus Osborn's touch too. All in all, a great return after a near six year gap since Ritual Abuse. On another note, the black and bronze vinyl looks fantastic!
