They really sound like they're having a ball letting their creativity run wild here. Sometimes when I listen to it I just marvel and laugh at how brilliant this album is. The variety of collaborating artists makes for an eclectic sound indeed. (Seriously, Dress You Up sounds NOTHING like H&S - in a really good way.) At the same time H&S are definitely the glue that holds this thing together, meaning the overall sound is not only eclectic, but solid and cohesive.
