I haven't heard electronica this pure in a while. So inventive and free-flowing, yet it gets my head nodding to the beat. Finding gems like this is why I love bandcamp. I second that this would be lovely to own in LP format!
This is the final boss of murky, nasty, oppressive blackened death-doom. I feel drained and a little disturbed after listening to this all the way through. The LP is aesthetic af.
Got to see them live and I became an instant fan. I was so stoked to find this album on vinyl at a local store and it came with a bandcamp code! Keep it up, Gatecreeper.
This guy has such a great voice! With all the samples from horror movies sprinkled throughout, this really reminds me of early Skinny Puppy. Despite the dark lyrics and samples, the music is very upbeat and happy. What a great record!
This is some sweet road trip music. Riffs for miles. The perfect amount of repetition. Every time I play this while driving around with friends they're always asking "who is this? who is this again?"
It's unfortunate that you can't hear all the songs. This is solid, no-bullshit death metal from veterans of the genre. They also have a fucked up sense of humor with their song titles and lyrics.
