If only all modern independent rock music had this spikiness. I could listen to the crackle and catch on the lead singers voice for a very long time indeed.
Not sure on this yet, but it is growing on me. Bought it for the lead track (My Vampire Heart) which is probably the best track as it is lyrically interesting.
