I love your music Les, I do! However Joyce was awesome singing this one. I resonated with the strong desire to Return to the Fire. Jesus Christ my 1st Love! Many fail to return when they sin, especially after being strong in Faith so long. That condemnation and feeling that God can’t forgive me again after “xyz sin” is EXACTLY what our enemy wants us to think. The only time it’s too late to return is after He does! He’s Coming …. sooner than we think… sooner than most want Him to!

“America” also shows we overcame and chose Freedom. Failures can be the greatest of teachers. They prevent others from doing the same mistakes! Persevere in days ahead, always looking to be the Light Of The Wold by sharing the Gospel with those same souls who are persecuting and hurting you for THIS is Loving Your Neighbor As Yourself. Self proclaimed love for God and Jesus without Sacrifice is not Love at all. For that which you Love, you are willing to Sacrifice for! (Ex. saving for a car)

A rare treasure in Christian 80’s style metal/ hard rock! At least some of the musicians appear to have kept Christian values. I say appear to have, because it is not for me to judge other than the Fruit people bear. We all have sinned and thus need Jesus. I simply try to imagine what people I meet would be like fully transformed by God. Then, I can truly say I love everyone.

Normally I purchase heavier music, but I loved that the entire Book of Revelation and it’s events were covered in this song. I find it great to listen to before I go to sleep as it keeps me longing for the return of The King of Kings!

Being a Christ follower today is extremely, extremely difficult. Even in America, one of the last places on Earth where you are not as likely to die for being associated with Jesus (Yeshua) of Nazareth as elsewhere in the world, Christian values are constantly under attack along with the quickly eroding freedoms formerly guaranteed as “unalienable God given rights” by this country’s founders.
