This record presents so many surprises that it’s difficult to know where to start. It swings and breathes and takes its’ time with silence, always seeming to know where it is going next. The instrumentation, inter-play of musicianship and quality of the recording itself stand alone. In a world of so much similarity, this one is quite an achievement.
