I watched this fantastic performance when Papercutz posted it on their YouTube channel and was blown away. So happy to be able to have this audio document of what I feel may be this project’s highest moment. I have all Papercutz’s albums and this is like a “best of”. Such a gorgeous lush album of robust melodic electronics mixed with some organic instruments. I have followed Ryan Teague ever since his earlier cello work, and this collection displays a masterful blend of analog type sounds and flowing rhythms that are beautifully rendered in melodic and upbeat fashion. It’s like an electronic Post Classical/ New Age music that is ahead if it’s time. Such great sounds and feeling to this. Contender for my album of the year!
