The original 'Bowery' is probably my single favourite Stumbleine track although it's almost impossible to choose just one, so to have a remastered, slowed, even more dreamy version of it is wonderful.
Absolutely beautiful. An ethereal swirling soundscape of an album, reminiscent in part of Hammock, Slow Meadow and Slow Dancing Society. Truly a joy of melancholy.
I thought I was aware of all of Aaron Funk's aliases and releases under other names but Hawerchuk came out of left field, and both this and the other release under that name are awesome.
It's been so awesome hearing the progression of your very unique sound over time, and this release is a gem. Still one of my favourite and criminally underrated artists.
