My love for atonal complex jazz rock compositions mostly by frank zappa and a few others has led me here to Miriodor. This music takes many listens to really start to digest it. This is tough music to play I’m sure and unfortunately most people want to listen to simple 3 chord songs done by plastic people so I definitely wanted to support these guys and buy the digital album and I hope it’s not their last record, because yes you guys ARE getting good!

This was my second show I’ve seen of dopapod and was thoroughly impressed! Was very excited to revisit this show and listening to it now it’s still holding up as a pretty great one. The jam after Indian grits was dirty funky madness, really cool shit. I’ll definitely be following these guys a lot more.

Not many bands will I buy the album before hearing a single note but the aristocrats are an exception in this case because I know it’s gonna be awesome as these guys never disappoint and are imo 3 of the most virtuosic talented trio of musicians I’ve ever listened to. Now I’m excited to actually listen to the album now. Bye
