Finally some Ambient that's not a single tone played for 20 minutes :-) These tracks have an actual narrative, and the field recordings enrich the experience. It seems I've finally found another soundtrack to my lonely coding nights.
I've been following Grandbrothers since their soundtrack for Hors Normes, which I thought they'd never surpass in beauty and power. I have to admit I was wrong; Late Reflection is in my opinion their best album so far.

I became captivated with Maze the very moment I heard CYNN perform it at AFAS Live in Amsterdam. I love the dreamy textures of this track and how the various layers come together in it. And you can't help but get impressed when you watch her layer all the loops one by one into the song!
